VERY, very good not having everyone gawk at her. Very human-like, points up!
And being not picked as TEH BEST, again, very nice.
I like this, so far ^^ Nicole seems humble and nice. Those are definitely good qualities in an OC (unless you go for that "oh you're so perfect Ms WHATEVER", you did this and she goes "Nawww, you did everything!" but this is far from the case)

Yeah, I figured that that would make sense. Because it's not exactly an obvious scratch and even then, it's not something people would really stare at. xD And as well, she's new, which is why she didn't get picked over the more experienced members in the department who've been there for ages and know what they're doing C:
