And you're keeping her in the background and letting the pros make descissions, really, you're doing good ^^.
(Great, now I sound like a Sue expert -AM NOT-but to me, you're avoiding a lot of things that annoy me in a Suefic :))

Thanks again :D It's because the others have seen and dealt with this before, so they know what they're doing, whereas Nicole's only seen/heard of these things, plus she hasn't been working there that long, so obviously the professionals are in charge ;D
I know you're not an expert, but you're really helping me, and it makes me glad to hear from you that I managed to avoid this being like Suefic so far C:
