Look... you're young yet, you (hopefully) have plenty of time yet to find the right person, don't feel pressured into a relationship by family or friends - just enjoy life, y'know??
Get out there and make friends, rather than seeing everyone as a potential partner.
It does sound like you're spending all your time sat in front of the pc (heh... like I'm a fine one to talk >.<) I really would suggest you leave the pc off for a few hours and do something else... go for a walk, try a new hobby (something that'll bring you into contact with new people maybe) anything that will break the boredom, seriously *nods*

I have to agree with DIC. I think it's more important to work on yourself now than having a relationship. When you feel better about yourself you will see that life is better on you. Try for example to join a sport, you will make friends that way. I know you like to dance, is there not a course at school you can follow? Or perhaps you like a another sport? And try to find a part-time job. You will earn money that way and also get to know people. You are a funny, handsome guy I am sure you will have friends before you know it!!
