Should be correct, but when I learned Spanish, words like "download" didn't exist and "comment" really only had one context, so defer to any native speaker who offers a translation. (^^;)

No accents needed in this sentence, only if it was a question.

Tagalog: Dapat ka mag-"comment" kapag kukunin ito.

The Tagalog word for "comment" is "puna", but we don't usually say that so I decided to keep it that way. Then there's no Tagalog word for "download", so I took the literal translation for "taking". ^^
