Well they r 2 phases where in one wants to be like this.
Indifferent Phase.(applicable to both ppl and things)
Being Looser kind of phase.(for things)

In Spiritual terms, the former is one step closer to inner peace and the later is one step closer to damnation.

Now, we are just talking about state of mind, not any persons in mind.
