... guy who writes these comics used to work for NASA. so I don't always get his jokes. But this one is cute. It guess there's a bt of an implied story. This guy breaks up with a girl. He misses her lots. And he's a really math-y guy and uses math to do all sorts of things. So he tires to use math to figure out how long it'll take before the pain will go away and for him and the girl to be friends. But it doesn't work. And he's left feeling lonely sad and confused.
