Poached eggs on toast. One of my favorite breakfasts since I was a kid. When we would go to diners when I was young, the waitresses would ask if I wanted pancakes (like most kids) and would often laugh/be surprised when I ordered the above.

Looks like you made them PERFECT. All the white cooked, but the egg yolk still runny ... and warm. Mmmmmm.
