The Problem With Walking

OK, here's the problem with using walking as your main source of exercise: When dropping off a package at the post office, leaving a key in a mailbox, and going to play the piano at your friend's house somehow turns into this monstrosity - and when that 3 1/2 hours of walking only makes you sorta tired when you get home.

But you know you'll be happy about that when it comes to returning to more aerobic exercise! And hiking! (surprise: I am actually running a little bit, in the gym and outside. This will probably stop at some point, but running with someone else, which I mainly do, is much better than running by oneself.)
I am trying to grow my hair out somewhat, otherwise I would totally take you up on your haircut offer.
