So, I started thinking about how strange my dreams are and sharing that with the world a week or so ago. I started thinking about it when I had a particularly odd and dazzlingly long dream one night

wow. how come i can't have dreams like that? i've never fallen back asleep to a dream unless it was a nightmare.

i remember having a lot of snakes in my dream last night. when i was a child, snakes were the recurring sinister element of my dreams. all sizes, everywhere. if i was brave and tried to fight them off, i'd pick them up, one at a time, and tie them into a simple knot. again, they were everywhere last night at one point, but i wasn't as threatened by them.

you're right, the dream does sound like a Burton plotline. at least to me.
