Are you looking for something thematic? I can always second Jane's votes above, particularly Habitat for Humanity. Might even be something in a sponsored contest for 'futuristic developments' in how to actually build the best and most efficient home with the least expense, but that may be a touch ambitious and outside the scope of things.

This is, of course, a wonderful idea, and I support it wholly. :D
