I'll come back and edit these a lot as I think more on them or stuff changes or to take some of the 'whee writing at 3am'-ness out. :D
From Canon and In-Camp:
Yuuri Shibuya: Yozak was not fond at all of Yuuri when they first met. Since the negligence of the previous king had nearly gotten him killed, he was kinda leery about this young kid being king. Yuuri's managed to win him over since then with his very determined optimism. Yozak still doesn't follow Yuuri's philosophy whole-heartedly, but it seems like he's starting to believe in him as a person more and more. Mostly he seems to want to help protect Yuuri's idealism, even if it means keeping important information from him or pretending people aren't about to betray them. He's worried about what the camp and the people dying and whatnot will do to that idealism, even if he thinks it's kind of inevitable that someday it's gonna break.
Murata Ken: No matter how he acts towards Murata, Yozak has a great deal of respect for him. He trusts him with his life. Which isn't to say that he expects Murata to keep him alive, but that he trusts that even if he orders him to do something that'll get him killed, his life won't have been in vain. He figures they think along the same sort of relentlessly practical lines when it comes to that kind of thing. He knows that there's a lot more going on in his head than he lets on, and sometimes he wishes he knew a little more about what it was.
Gwendal von Walde: Seemingly Yozak's boss, although we don't get to see him really boss Yozak around very much. Has fun teasing him~! Thinks that the thing with him and Yuusuke and all his other fiancees is hilarious and will be good for him. Really!
Gunter von Christ: He respects his swordmanship, but he thinks he goes overboard about Yuuri. Was possibly his teacher in fighting?
Wolfram von Bielefeld: I hate spelling his last name. Yozak probably doesn't care. They also interact, like, two times in canon? He thinks he's very very young. And touchy. And needs to relax a little. But then Wolfram gets hit by happy-making diseases and it disturbs him, so he kind of reconsiders it.
Greta: Cute, small, Yuuri and Wolfram's kid and on the to-protect list! That's all for now.
From Canon and Not In-Camp, There Are So Much Fewer:
Conrad Weller: Yozak's best friend. Awww. They met when they were children and Yozak says after that they were 'inseperable', although they actually spent quite a bit of time separated. But then they met up again at some point. So maybe he meant all the time after that.
Anissina: Mostly I put her here 'cos I make Yozak keep mentioning her. XD Anissina and Yozak never interact, but Anissina is a scary scary lady, so I have to believe that he's heard of her. I'm thinking that since he doesn't have mazokou-whatever-magic-thing-I-can't-spell, that he doesn't get recruited to help her out, is therefore free to avoid her and does so. I'm sure he respects her and especially respects her fighting skills, but that's just as easy to do from a safe distance.
Adelbert von Grantz: He's pretty ticked at him for going over to the human's side. They fight and he kinda mocks Adelbert's pain and they don't really finish, so I guess if he ever shows up he'll be like "HAY REMATCH"? ... Now I want one.
In-Camp:
Ash Ketchum: ENGAGED WHUT. He started out seeming just crazy and annoying. Then there were moments where he was a lot more tolerable. And now with the whole 'mentor-died and became a woobie' and 'turned into kid and had Ash fanatically attempt to de-pants people to help him', he's gotten a lot fonder of him. Although he still thinks he's kinda crazy. Yozak would still really prefer not to be engaged to him, since it seems like he's more amusing from a distance, (a long distance) also WHAT HE'S LIKE TWELVE FOURTEEN but the whole thing hasn't been nearly as bad as he was expecting. Even with the tummy pokes and sparkly hugs! He's also made Yozak start sorta believing in karma in spite of himself.
Al: Al is cute. <3 At first he thought he was like him physically 'cos of the armor and bonded with him a little because of that. Then he kinda noticed that his armor's head didn't have... a head. But then Al showed up all wee and things, so he figures there's some convoluted explination that possibly involves pulleys or something. (shut up, I don't actually want him to know TEH SECRET yet. XD) He notices that Al's very responsible for his age, so he tries to keep an eye out for him but he actually rather respects him, too. ... Aaand now thanks to Ash they're engaged. XD Yozak knows Al isn't fond of the concept, so he tries to bring it up as little as possible.
Yuusuke Urameshi: Yuusuke is fun to joke around with. He likes his down-to-earth attitude, and thinks the way he helps poke fun at Gwendal is hilarious.
Ari: He's noticed that he's become close to Murata, and he thinks it's good for Murata. He keeps messing up and telling Ari about Murata being a Sage, though, because he doesn't realize Murata likes being all normal-like with Ari. XD But anyways, he kinda feels like he should look out for him, too.
Buffy: Buffy is another nicely down-to-earth person, which Yozak appreciates. She's sane, and she accepts crossdressing with barely any fuss at all. Awesome!
Tetra: Also part of the "whoa common sense!" crew. Ha ha, crew. Sorry. Anyways, they haven't talked too too much, but he thinks she's uncommonly sensible for her age.
James: Crossdressers UNITE. ♥ He has fun talking with James about girly things, but James is totally the rival of his fiance, so it complicates things. It really only kind of matters to Yozak, but still, there's the principle of the thing.
Wolfwood: Yay sane. He actually thinks Wolfwood is more idealistic than himself, which would probably hella crack Wolfwood up. But Wolfwood seems to be taking his role as counselor very seriously.
Kon: Kon seems like a nice enough kid, although he freaks out so much about being pregnant, dude, it's not that bad! (YES IT IS KINDA) XD
Chisame: Taught him about the internets! Which probably involved at least once going "It's for porn"
