well, I didn't get a new camera until a few days ago--and rememeber how I was going to send you photos of my paintings? yeah--so when that didn't work out, i felt like I needed to have those by the time we spoke next...so here I am. You hate me because I've been avoiding you--but not entirely. I had finals that were crucial to the next year of my life in terms of study abroad, self worth, etc...jk about the latter...

I am sincerely sorry for not responding--I was a bad friend. I have been so curious as to what it's like over there and how you are doing, but I have been too sheepish to write you. Please forgive me...
