the province stepped in and is fogging the whole city.

They released the dragonflies but not very well, and they ate each other instead of the BILLION of mosquito's... apparently they released only females or something...

How friggin bizarre is that? You'd think they would want themn to reproduce. I never heard that, and been listening to CJOB every day. How could he make a mistake like that??? *shakes head*

well from what I -hear- (specalation) he only released brown ones... that usually means just females in the animal kingdom.
