New Workout Routine

So this workout-late-at-night thing just wasn't working. New plan: get in to work at 6AM, work out in the gym downstairs.

It's worked really well so far. Let's hope I can stick with this. I'm just a not a very good late-night person. All mornings for me.

Sarah, on the other hand, hates the idea. Trust me to find an evening person, eh?

I'm with her! Give me some mindless movie and work at 2 AM but don't make me get up before 8!

I'm with you there. I get up almost every day at 5:45 to ride the bike for 40 minutes and do my 8 minute abs routine. I started that because I really do feel more awake during the day when I exercise in the morning. Also because when I exercise at night I also feel more awake ( less good when trying to sleep ). Also also I do that because in the morning I follow everything to the letter, routines are easy. At night, I slip and slide all over the place and it's easier to convince myself to skip it. You'll like it.
