There are far more unhealthy obsessions a person could have. Leave me alone.

So a few of you know that I may have a tiny, itsy-bitsy barely-there obsession with Sherlock Holmes.

*cough*

A few of you may also have heard that last summer, the BBC released a short (3x90 min) series entitled Sherlock, set in the present-day. I finally got to watch the first two episodes today.

Woah. It's absolutely brilliant. Benedict Cumberbatch (also: what were his parents thinking?) is a very funny Sherlock, and it was fun to see the Holmes and Watson characters play off each other so well. Humor, action, HOLMES, and it's not gory. I cannot WAIT for the second series. Go watch it: even if you're not a die-hard Sherlock addict *coughlikemecough* it should appeal to anyone who likes mysteries and/or any type of crime show.

I'm actually at home for the week, escaping the drowning rain of Nashville for the similarly dreary (and colder) weather up here. Oh well, I have pets, which makes it better--besides the dog and cat, the guinea pig we were (are) fostering had her babies. They small and squeak like crazy if you pick them up. ("I'm SOCIALIZING you, dagnabbit! Socialize!")

Fun fact: Firefox's recommended spelling fixes for "dagnabbit," in order: dabbing, jackrabbit, nabbing, Tabbitha.

Excited for this month, it's when activities finally start picking up again. Art stuff is going on, the Nashville Cherry Blossom Festival is in a couple weeks, um, there's spring break...
