Sean has always been there for Orlando, but no matter how much he loves Orlando it will never be enough. His feelings are just not returned that way.
Orlando can only be complete with Eric.
I'm looking forward to see how you are going to resolve this.

I've always believed that people have the capacity for endless, boundless love but theory is so much easier than reality or practice. To love more than one person is an extremely difficult thing to do because it's not just your feelings that are involved. Orlando's slowly coming to terms with that. :)

I think what I love most about this part is that Orlando finally gets it - or seems to. He finally understands that there's more to having a connection with someone than just friends or just lovers, that he can stand on his own and find that strength inside himself, that it's okay if he still loves Eric while loving Sean because love doesn't have to mean the same thing all the time, and that every connection, every moment, has led him to where he is and who he is.
Powerful writing as always. I'm looking forward to the conclusion. :)

And yes, exactly. I've always believed that love is such a multi-faceted, complex entity and sometimes, it just can't be contained. However, even if we are built for such a boundless, limitless love, society as it is cannot really comprehend. Which is why loving someone ends up becoming difficult.
Thank you so much for reading!
