Far be it for me to care about why you're doing it, my friend.
Here is how we can do it: you get yourself a hideout in the States, in this world. The world with the Smiles. Do it under a false identity. I can pull some connections to get some outstanding crimes that need to be addressed connected to your false identity - it'd be easier if you make some connections with criminals here while you're at it, make some trouble.
The government calls in Killer 7 to sweep up the problem. I can say the right things to make sure Dan is the one out.
I'll let you know ahead of time when the hit is going to be made. You just make sure of three things: nobody sees what you really look like, the place is packed to the rafters with every explosive you can get your hands on, and you're assumed dead. Bring in a ringer corpse if you have to.
Don't rig it like you'd blow a regular mafia rival or shit like that. Rig it like you're bringing down a motherfucking tank.

And I expect you'll keep your end of the deal and not turn the tables half-way down the line for your own selfish benefit? After all, you're more closely companioned with the Smiths. I'm sure you'd get a lot from clearing out an annoying pest like me.
