I'm kinda bored so I'll write in here today. School is closed today! I was sooo excited! But it rained/snowed/hailed out a little bit, it was a mess! So, no kids are out today, everyone is inside (like me!) I was telling some of my friends to get livejournals too, so hopefully I will see them on here soon. Considering how many other things get equated to war, this very perceptive list equating war to school shouldn't surprise anyone. But! Perhaps life is war, or at least conflict, in the sense of the classic literary devices of man vs man, man vs society, man vs nature...High school is still stamped into my memory as hell, but thankfully, people usually cannot recall information unless they are in the same emotional state in which it was encoded. That's the quasi-good news. Put another way; if you manage to make it to college, everything changes, and you'll likely stash all the dark memories in a corner while you whoop it up with people of your own intellectual, emotional and spritual calibur. Ah, college. *sigh* If they let me stay there forever, i would. lol. A beautiful bubble surrounds every campus, like a protective film. Each one is an island unto itself, a little like "survivor" or something, except the dumbasses dont get voted off, they just flunk. (grin ( ... )

i really hope high school isnt going to be sooo bad. what did you like more...middle school or high school? Middle school would be more tolerable to me if it werent for the bullies, the girls who only like bullies, and everyone being so concerned and placing soooo much pressure on being cool or fitting in.

Honestly, high school, rough as it was, kicked the crap out of middle school. But then, i hailed from an era when girls putting out (in any way shape or form) in middle school was an ACTUAL scandal. I hope/fear that middle school is still the rougher of the two. If only because of the fact that everybody is transitioning from child to young adult, and the hormones are driving everyone nuts.
