Am I the only one who thinks about marriage? I think about it, not A LOT LOT LOT, but I do think about it and look forward to it...and inevitably, everytime I meet a girl, it pops into my head like "is she the one?" Then I get images of her and I walking down the aisle together. I am not being obsessive and I dont think this is bad, it just pops ( Read more... )

No I totally get that. =) I do it too with guys I date, even if its not that serious of a relationship. I think it is important because I really couldn't date somebody seriously unless I knew that I could see myself with them on a long term basis, like marriage.

How sweet it is to hear the question in such an unassuming way. Like sugar unsullied with cocaine. Absolutely Listen to your heart, at every possible opportunity, and applaud it every time it feels. Tell your head: sometimes there's a one, and sometimes there isn't.
I'd say, if you get a series of "ones," in your life, you're doing well.
