i'm from tampa bay. go to adventure island/busch gardens, they're pretty fun amusement/water parks right next to each other. i have to rep my beach, honeymoon island state park, which was recently voted best beach in the country. go there and take a ferry to caladesi island, it's gorgeous out there. there a few good clubs in ybor in tampa at night, most of them are open until 3-4 am. i recommend 'the castle' on monday/thursday nights. it's an alternative club that does 80's night and it's pretty fun. international mall has a reaaaaallly good gelato place in it too. have fun!!

If you're thinking Tampa area, also go to Clearwater beach. I also did this great dolphin-sailing thing in the area when I was out there.

key west is really touristy...not really my kinda place, unless you like to go to bars...BUT it is close to me!! so i would totally meet you there just to say hi! :P

hmm...yeah we aren't sure about key west. want to go somewhere warm and interesting, it might not be the place. i don't mind touristy, as long as there are really cool things to do (not just shopping).... and we like beaches. can you recommend a better place in fl??

Um. Norfolk is warm, and it's exotic if you're not used to hearing "y'all" used unironically. Plus there is a Busch Gardens not far away if that's your thing. Just saying.
