So today is like punk day or something on mtv2. It started out with a history of punk as told by punk rockers, I missed it unfortunately, but I'm sure they'll play it again late tonight or something. Now it's videos....which is rad, but in between it features experts on punk such as VJ jim shearer and new found glory spouting out their opinions.

but yeah, he was more new wave-y & 2-toney ska really more than punk...that's great bout him getting inducted though, it means that an honorable mention for my baby joe jackson is on the way...
did you ever think you'd see the day when a man whose done collaborations with everyone from anna von sofie otter to burt bacharach woudl be TEN TIMES more punk than the faggy-in-the closet dashboard confessional?
