From the beginning? Did it take time?

I got it relatively quickly.

I see. Did it come down to self-discipline?

I think I've grasped it just fine.

But, 'schooling what one thinks about before going to sleep' isn't a simple process for most people.

I didn't think so, either. [He certainly knows it isn't, for him. Not when he's been so conditioned by time and experience.]

It's a matter of self-discipline, then?

It might be- however, in that case I doubt people are always successful.

I might avoid thinking about what I don't want to dream about, but still end up dreaming about it anyway. There's always a possibility of that happening no matter who you are.

That's what I thought might happen. It probably improves with practise, but I was curious about the learning curve people have encountered.

I guess it would depend. I didn't have too much trouble, though. My only problem is accidentally walking into dreams without meaning to, haha!

That's part of dreamwalking itself, right? How did you manage to wander without meaning to?

Honestly, I'm not sure. Though I get lost a lot, so it could have something to do with that.

Control can also be a little precarious in that situation, I found. With our level of experience, it's easy to feel caught up.

It was hard to begin with I guess, but I'm sure with a lot of people they might of had the same thing. It's like going to school after all when it comes to learning something new.

That's true. I assumed it would differ from person to person, as well.

But in my case, it was a little bit harder than I expected.

I'm finding it difficult as well, but I think I anticipated that. You got the hang of it, though?

Nothing's ever a "simple process" in this place.

Fair point.

Have you tried?

None of my dreams have ever been broadcasted, so I haven't felt the need.

... I did dreamwalk a few times, though.

[A few times during the training, anyway. To the point where it made her sick, but details.]

[He can't help but feel a twinge of jealousy, hearing about people who haven't shown any of their dreams.]

Control always seems a little precarious, but I suppose that could be attributed to a lack of practise.
