squishydish blew through Friday night and she and I got to watch Dollhouse and then rewind to watch Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Sadly, I had missed the previous two episodes, just getting recaplets from Television Without Pity..
We think Dollhouse is getting more interesting, witness the flocking patterns even though they have no memories, and our ensuing discussion of biochemistry and affinities/attractions between people. I thought the stuff with the two broken dolls helping each other (not knowing who each other was) in the vault was also interesting.
T:TSCC was fascinating, though -- we kept stopping the tape to discuss developments, sometimes multiple times in one scene, as characters figured stuff out (or didn't) and acted smart (or not). They're (the characters, not the show) not paying nearly enough attention to Cameron -- she's developing beyond her programming, and they're just "stupid toaster!". Oh, for a conversation between her and John Henry (nee Chrome Artie). Also, happy to see cracks between Reese and Future Tense.
She's passing back through tonight and we're going to watch Dancing With the Stars! I'm rooting for Steve Wozniak, at least for now. Also, we will watch Heroes and Medium. Busy TV night!
