have retrieved my cat, seen the boy, and gotten drunk both nights I've been back. the immersion in woods hole is complete. And it is rainy and slushy and cold and I have no idea why the hell I am here.

not going for night number three. Going home to watch netflix movies. yay, netflix.

Yeah, you get out there in the middle of the ocean.. sometimes you write letters, sometimes you just play a lot of whist. But the minute you hit an internet cafe, all bets are off.
Yay, netflix... of course, I did wind up going out night #3, but #4 I followed the netflix plan. and now.. now I am bored as hell. I *hate* housework for the sake of housework.
