1.) THE LANDLORD CUT OUR FOLIAGE DOWN! To put a long story short, we now have half a tree, half-inch long grass, and some really pitiful bushes. We didn't have a whole lot of say in it. On the plus side, the mulch from our tree and bushes was used in brand new shapely flowerbeds all around our house. Once we're sure that no one's going to get
