I've had many lambs born with contracted tendons. It goes away on its own even without wrapping or splinting the legs. The thing I worry about is entropion with mine. My Coopworth ram has a gene for it. So far, he has one or two each crop of lambs that show up with it. I hate clipping their eyelids with surgical staples (they go in very loosely and fall out by themselves in a few days) but it beats the lambs going blind.
I should have had four this year but only have three. My prize Romney didn't give me what I had hoped for. She's young; I'll try again next year.

We are getting a nice amount this year, not overflowing like some, but it'll do. Nice and steady, and with patience (and the bit of cooler weather coming up again) we'll get enough to share again. Expect it in a month or two :)
