I'll print out the required document and re-send it, since you mentioned you haven't seen it yet.

If you'll be missing RF, I have a couple suggestion that I'd like you to consider. Either finding someone you trust who is going to the con to bring down my stuff (and I send them back with a copy of the document) or you attempt to put it in a box and mail it to my parents to hold for me until Xmas (when I will be heading back down there.)
