I know, I know -- three posts in three days!!!  I swear I don't know what's gotten into me..... but I like it.  :-)

So I finally got around to watching "The Fall" today. I rented it like a zillion weeks ago when I really got into my whole Lee Pace addiction but with life being what it is, I hadn't had time to sit down and devote myself to it.  (Well ( Read more... )

Wasn't it wonderful? I wasn't exactly sure how I was going to feel about it but because Lee was in it, I decided it was worth a watch. I was really surprised by how much I liked it and how much I invested in the story. He is simply to marvelous for words.

And yeah, I'm all for a sit in. And if that doesn't work, I'm down with morphing it into some kind of hostage situation because dammit, the pie maker must remain on screen! I'm willing to use force and very strong language to make that happen.

Yay for frequent you!

I didn't read the whole review because I love Lee and will probably see this one day and didn't want to spoil myself. But because you obviously loved it so much it's going on my list.

Argh, I've been meaning to watch Wonderfalls for ages! I had no idea Lee was in it! Another dvd set I want ;)

Edit: And sorry about your pneumonia, honey. Feel better soooon!

You absolutely MUST watch this -- I really think you'll enjoy it! It's definitely different but Lee Pace and his little co-star Catinca Untaru are simply brilliant together. And the visuals....my god. The whole film is so gorgeous it will make your eyes blissfully happy. Even though the tone is different, it reminds me of PD because of how vibrant and unique and well-defined the look is. It's truly fabulous! I can't wait to hear what you think of it ( ... )

OK, now I'm completely and utterly jealous -- while simultaneously convinced we were meant to be friends. YOU'VE SEEN THE SPILL CANVAS??? *is green with jealousy* I am SO addicted to them. I swear that all of the good music I listen to these days is the stuff my younger brother finds for me and he turned me on to them a little while ago. There are SO MANY SONGS I love by them, but I think that one might be my favorite.

And oddly enough, it's one I've put on my epic "Twilight" mix. Go figure! :-)

LOL! They were amazing. However, they kind of ruined 'lullably' by playing it superfast instead of the slow melody it should've been. But eh, can't complain cuz they're AHMAZING. :) hahhaa oh man, we seem to be definitely meant to be friends. I think my favorites would probably have to be that one, lullaby and saved from that particular cd. I loooooooove 'self-conclusion'. I love how the whole song is like a story unravelling as you listen to it. *sigh* so much love. :)

hahhahah the dirty sex song is definitely meant to be on that epic mix.

OK, now that's just wrong. "Lullabye" is too gorgeous and soft and fabulous to be played fast! (That one's on the epic mix too, of course. How could it not be?? He sings her to sleep and kisses her neck? It's like it was written for "Twilight".) And "Saved"! So brilliant. I also adore "All Over You" to distraction.

Oh man, and "Self Conclusion" is completely amazing. It's the perfect kind of story-song (the kind I'm a total sucker for). I think the part that always kills me is the end when he admits that he was planning to jump too -- until he met her. LOVE IT.

Yes, it is very clear to me that we are sharing of the brain waves. :-p
