People just assume, if you are pregnant, it's ok to touch. Like, hello! It's still your body, and people need to respect your wishes and personal space. I never feel comfortable touching people's belly/baby bump... it's just weird to me. If I were pregnant, I wouldn't want people touching me either. Creepy. I don't see any harm in asking people not to. It is YOUR body!

If they don't like it, they can deal with it. Or that's what I think. :)
