Sounds like a good idea to skip the deadline. Isn't the most important thing that you enjoy writing? ^-^. Take your time.

You did a great work, as always! You know, I've become more of a Break x Gil fan lately, and I'm pretty sure it's because of your fanfics XD.

Yeaaah...I need the break. XD Especially with my trying to do a dozen other things on top of this.
