I was just browsing through and I came across you journal. Your "name" attracted me. I'm a fan of LOTR and other fantasy genras. I'm also interested in reading, graphics, hiking, etc. Many things.
If you like! I don't update that often, I don't have time to do graphics anymore, although I do make most of my own icons. I am a 'friends only' journal. I notice you rarely update, and already have lots of friends :) Also, if you like reading, have you tried bookish where members post reviews of books they've read, and some ask for books to be recommended or thedailybook where a book is posted each day for you to vote and/or comment on (my daughter and I run that).

I already belong to several book communities. I'll try those communities you suggested. Off the computer, I belong to book clubs.
