Randomosity, or some such thing

Well, that sucked ass.

I believe my experience at work today can best be summed up with the following illustrative link.

And that's really all I can say, short of my head exploding, which at this point would be a mercy for everyone involved.

In other, nicer cuter news, my youngest nephew (Evan, who's two) figured out this week that if he gets ( Read more... )

Any idea if X-Files are still being played on any of the networks? I haven't watched it in ages and feel way out of touch. If I went to see the movie I fear that I would miss the good stuff - you know, the things that resonate with those that were really into the series, which I was (back in the day). But it's been eons, ya know?

I don't have any pay channels anymore. (We went down to the basics - ABC, NBC, etc.) But my dad just got a DVR and I could probably convince him to record it for me. =)

Yay for dads with DVRs. *g* selynne April 23 2008, 19:05:51 UTC
I know that the Sci-Fi network and TNT both still run the show, but their schedules are kind of weird and scattershot and not usually anywhere near the correct order (also, I haven't really watched television for awhile, so it's possible that the show is airing elsewhere and I just don't know about it). Still, you should be able to set the DVR to record the show whenever it pops up, on whatever network, and you won't really have to worry much about the actual channels at all.

A lot of people also catch up through Netflix, I hear, and that way you can choose which eps/seasons you see (also, the DVD sets are awesome).

I don't know when you stopped watching (or how much you know about the last few seasons, so I don't want to accidentally spoil you here) but I wouldn't worry too much about catching all of seasons eight and nine. Aside from seven or eight really key episodes (agh! must. not. spoil!) a lot of it - esp. in season nine - was a big frustration/disappointment. I didn't even watch all of season nine, and it made no difference ( ... )
