computers can be such big pains. um im not sure how messed up your computer is, but try this: go to your control panel than help & support. then pick a task, the third one down says undo change with system restore, then choose to restore your computer to an earlier time. a sept. calander will come up and it only lets you choose certain dates, so choose a date thats in bold type and from before your computer got messed up when it was working properly. then click next and it should give you more instructions. i hope that works

thanks for the help but my computer literally died. it had a virus and wouldnt turn on. its upo and running now but everything got deleted even all the computer checkpoints.
