Warm spiced apple gelée with parmesan crisp
[Tastes like fall on a spoon, but probably veers a little sweet as an opener. I'm hoping the Parmigiano-Reggiano keeps it from being too dessert-like.]

I wish! Actually, it's just colleagues of my husband's. But I understand one of them is a foodie, so I'm aiming to impress. :)

Hahaha, I love the way you say "colleagues of my husband's". It's almost as posh as the dinner menu. ;)

I am very impressed by this food plan. Fall on a spoon sounds amazing.

Clearly I neglected to mention the wine and spirits pairings that are being served with dinner... ;)

At that point, driving to Toronto probably wouldn't be a good idea!
