Value bet!

He checked to you twice, and didn't raise you since preflop. Just remember it's not the individual hands, but the long game -- after all the times in your life that you value bet in a situation like this, are you likely to be ahead in $$ or behind?

It's pretty clear he has over cards here. The odds of him having any straight or 2 pair seem insanely low with his re-raise on the flop. He's not likely to call your bet with overcards unless it is exactly AK, and even then may fold. The only other hand I could envision him having is JJ, but that seems incredibly unlikely.

It's a close call, but I'd check too. You don't want to bet too big because then you aren't really getting value out of your bet, and if you bet too small he can pop you big with AK if he senses you are on TT or A9 or some such.
