you know, it would be nice if the fucking site said "Transfered" rather than "Not In Custody".
but you know, that might not strike panic in the hearts of citizens!
we are still going to do what we can to protect ourselves, this has, pardon the pun or whatever this sounds like "lit a fire under us"!

I'm really glad that this turned out to be a false alarm but, like you said, it got you thinking about what to do when he is released.
