Yeah I was shitting myself in that episode. I liked the nod to X-men, when "Nathan" calls to Suresh, "Professor, I need to speak with you". Classic.

I was worried that they were going too comic booky for the non-comic fans with a five-year in the future episode. But Jen liked it, she was only confused by "How did Peter wind up with Nikki/Jessica!?!?!?" The obvious answer is because anyone in that show would hit that.

No - I didn't know there was a graphic novel. Where can I find it?

Here's the archive. Lots of backstory for all the characters, including Mr. Lindermann, Mr. Petrelli (as in Nathan and Peter's dad), and info on characters we barely know in the show (like Hana the former Israeli intel agent who can read electronic communications from the air). Much fun to be had. Read 'em all.

Supposedly there are hidden easter eggs and what not throughout the novels, but I mostly haven't spent the time to dig for 'em.

Given Nathan's actions in the previews to the episode, there was ONLY one answer - Nathan was dead and it was Sylar all along.

I'm an egocentric bastard, yes, but I cannot fathom how this was a surprise to anyone. Yell at me now if you must. ;-)

Nathan's a bastard, but not enough of one to hunt down and kill others like himself. (Maybe I am an optimist, but that's how I see it.)

I watch online so I don't ever see the previews. Every week is from scratch for me.

Still, friggin' crazy man...

And I like to think Nathan's not that bad, but who knows what the trauma of the explosion plus years of Lindermann's B.S. can do to an already tortured psyche.
