I pondered saying what I think about current events but decided that I prefer to keep my friends. Instead, have this. It's quite possibly the best-edited AMV I've ever seen, not least because it's been put together using snippets from close to forty anime series. I enjoyed the guitar solo very much. Reminded me a bit of Van Halen. I also liked the use of lights in the video because they pulsed to the rhythm of the music. I’ll admit to not having watched much anime but I have seen Gundam Wing, Big O, and a bit of Evangelion.
On the other hand, I have watched a lot of Pokémon and some Hello Kitty so I guess that counts.

Yes, the guitar was great. Scandroid did an excellent version of Tears for Fears' Shout. Altogether a very interesting musical project.

I'm in awe of the video maker's ability to create what seems like an actual story out of clips from over three dozen anime (not all of which I recognise). Even though there are various animation styles - the differences are mostly due to when the anime was made - certain snippets anchor the whole thing together. And it's properly timed with the beat (something lacking in fanvids in general but then AMVs are on a whole new level of fanvidding).
