Ok so today was the day. I convinced Richard to come over and help me bottle the beer that has been aging for just a few extra days. As it stands the flavor wasn't bad, mellow hoppy, smokey, and sweet. If the reading was correct it should give about a 5-7%. Honey.. nail polish removeer should take that marker right off.. and you can relabel them if you like. i'd be happy to try and wipe them off, except for those last X ones....and I'll do it when I'm more sober. :D
