Hey! That's a harsh mentality to have concerning friendships. especially now, when distance is everywhere, I mean practically everyone is somewhere else.
the happy times and gained memories always outbalances the pain, one way or the other, through time eventually. Why give up on possible great memories right? :-)
friendships really are a gamble I suppose. kasi nga, one never knows what will happen. it could be a fading friendship, one that ends badly, or it could lead up to sitting in rickety chairs in some porch talking about times like 50 years ago...
