Not even the Towa Organization gave her this much trouble.
ANTI, OSTA and Towa...Boogiepop was beginning to dislike big organizations such as these. The nice thing about Towa, however, was they did everything in secrecy, including their attacks. Over half of the city's population still wouldn't have heard of them if you asked them. Towa also wouldn't attack unless provoked with abnormalities, which made Boogiepop wonder where they were at this point. The monsters and zombies should have at least interested them.
Which brought her back to OSTA and ANTI. She barely knew anything about OSTA and knew ANTI even less. As far as anyone was concerned, OSTA and ANTI were big-shot corporations whose rivalry is close to becoming deadly. Despite Toka Miyashita's protests, there was nothing she could do for Nhode. Not right now.
Boogiepop stared at the city from an office rooftop for the thousandth time since it all started. She made it a part of her duty to keep the monster and zombie populations under control, and tonight was no exception. No doubt if Boogiepop had the ability to show frustration, she would have. This ANTI vs. OSTA business was beyond anything she had ever dealt with. Not from Towa, not from anyone whose abilities had awakened.
And if someone from another world could reach the city, then...Boogiepop just turned and left the building without another thought. It was not her job to sit and worry about such things.
