Oh good, it seemed as though Roxas was able to dodge the question about the Keyblades. Forcing a smile, the boy set his mug down again as he shook his head. "Ah, it's okay, that's understandable. It's pretty crazy stuff..." He glanced towards the cafe window, pausing for another slow and careful sip of hot chocolate.

"...so... where is this, anyway? And what are the Turks?" he asked. He hadn't been here all that long, so wasn't able to catch the name of the place before he'd come across the monsters.

Elena blinked at him, slightly surprised at his question. Then again, he was probably from one of those other dimensions, so it was understandable that he didn't know."

"Well, this is Midgar City. And the Turks are the secret service of Shinra Inc. the megacorporation that's in charge of almsot everything in the world. We go around collecting important information, taking out traitors and criminals, protecting the president, things like that...."

Roxas nodded slowly. "Midgar..." Nope, no place he was familiar with, but he'll remember the name now. It was a pretty interesting place from what he'd seen so far. Okay, so that didn't really mean much considering it was dark and he'd been too focused on dealing with the monsters.

The boy peered at Elena from over his mug as he considered the answers he'd been given. "...secret, huh..." he mused. "So... I guess it's not so much of a secret since you've just told me what all it is you do..."

"Well, actually the secret in secret service is just a term, but oh well..." she shrugged and took another sip.
She took a look at the clock on the wall and sighed. 1:30. She really wanted to go back to her apartment, but it would be rude to just leave the boy here.
""Well, what about you? Where did you come from, and what do you do?"

"Heh." Leaning back in his seat, Roxas shrugged. He seemed to consider Elena's questions, glancing up at the ceiling. "Good question," he murmured to himself, an unamused smirk touching his face. "Me? ...from a place called Twilight Town," he replied. It was as much the truth as anything else. He pondered on how he should answer the latter part of the question. "...what I do... well... I don't really have a set job or anything like you do..." he admitted.

"Hm, sounds like a nice place...." She gave a small smile.
Such a mysterious boy. She realized her life had become like the comic books she read she was younger.
Her becoming a special agent, fighting monsters, having a dream man, and now the appearance of this boy....
"Well, what brings you here to Midgar? And where are you staying?"

Roxas finally allowed a smile to surface on his lips. He nodded slowly. "Yeah... it was..." he replied softly. Even if most of his experience there had been in a virtual version of it, the only thing he regretted about it was that it wasn't something he could go back to.

The boy closed his eyes, allowing himself to take in the smell of the mug in front of him. Another question, and once again those bright blues opened again to look at Elena. "Oh... no particular reason really. I was just wandering..." Looking for trouble, perhaps? He'd lost track of Axel again, but he was sure the red-haired Organization member could take care of himself. Roxas shook his head slowly. "Haven't been here all that long."

"Oh, I see..."
The young woman shook her head slightly, finding it harder to stay concentrated.
All right, it was time to go. But she knew she couldn't just leave him here.
As skilled as he was, Midgar was definately the kind of city that a young teen shouldn't be out alone at night.

"Do you have a place to stay tonight? " She asked "It's not a good idea for you to be out alone this late, in this city at least...."

"Well, no..." Roxas started, not wanting to admit that he hadn't really even thought about where he'd stay or even for how long he had planned to be around here. He grinned sheepishly, scratching the back of his head.

She smiled and tucked a lock of hair behind her ear.
"Well, if you want, you can spend the night at my apartment...." She suggested lightly "It would be no problem."
