Technical Questions for home security.

I have new problem neighbours, in particular the children, and I am worried about them tresspassing on or damaging my property.

How easy is it to set out up some cameras to observe my property and record what happens there? I'm thinking of a few wireless USB cameras hooked up to a P.C or laptop to record what happens during the day.

Well, J Random webcan some motion-detector software would probably do - http://www.zoneminder.com/ e.g. ISTR hearing good things about, but is linux. There's free windows ones too, says Google, e.g. http://www.simplehelp.net/2006/09/27/how-to-use-your-pc-and-webcam-as-a-motion-detecting-and-recording-security-camera/ , but I can't vouch for it.
