It really was a lovely day, despite the heat.

Still hard to believe it's all done with. I'm glad it is - but also a bit sad. I was so tired at the end I was glad to have things over with, but now that I'm rested I feel it's almost too bad. I had a really really really excellent time and, unlike so many folks, I will have very fond memories of my wedding until they throw dirt on my face.

Wish you could have been there, it would have been fun!

One correction: Heather didn't actually use the keyboard for the Friday concert. (And we were almost an hour behind on the ceremony. Alas. There were several good reasons for it, not just Melissa, and nobody seemed to mind.)

Beautiful ceremony, by the way; by which i mean the vows and the commentary. And I was laughing myself silly when Keith and Adam concocted the cell phone trick...

it is a well known auspicious sign if i get drunk at your wedding. it ensures many years of happiness. Athena says "happiness is the highest form of wisdom".

I would have to agree with that mantra.

Happiness is good!

I've no idea how many folks were drunk, but I do know that everyone seemed to be having a blast. Mind you - if they were drunk it was off of Matt's mead as I've a lot of liquor to take back to the mart, which is okay!
