There's apparently some sort of "anime road", might be a story route where the cutscenes are in anime style? And the girl identity is still unknown (the video description mentions her being a mystery girl), but people are guessing she might be Izumo no Okuni.

I have no idea if the US will get this or if I can even play imports on my first gen ps3

It's almost guaranteed there will be no Western release for this (SB3 sold way less than Capcom expected, since their expectations were absolutely unrealistic), but I'm pretty sure you can play it without issues on any PS3 since there's no default region lock on consoles, even older ones as far as I know?

I don't really know about 1st gen, but I am playing Japanese games on my Slim ver without any problems.

I can verify that the first gen JP PS3s let you play US/EU games just fine, so the opposite should be true as well. There's no region locking on PS3 games other than one of the Persona titles.
