Last Tuesday, I finally attended a talk at the Civil Service College (CSC) after 3 years of service in my agency- "The "W" & "H" of Blogging - Understanding Blogging". Together with a few of my colleagues, we went for this talk, hoping to understand why people blog and to learn about how our "fellow gahmen bloggers" work behind the scenes.

BTW, here's another trick as part of "extending the conversation". You can link to a specific blogger post (like this one), and it should appear under the "Links to this post" at the post. That way, people who read that post may also link to you to read your perspective on the same issue.

I think LJ doesn't have this feature though... hmm... but thanks for the advice! :)

Thinking of migrating to Blog Spot.. but have yet to sort out my thoughts on this...
