all the signs were there, i should have kept my eyes open, listened and paid attention.

instead, my concept of reality came crashing down.

emerging from it is the actual reality..it's a little brighter, a little harder, a little rough around the edges.
but it is real. and i am grateful for it.

It's slowly getting longer, past the shoulders now. I'm definitely letting it grow as long as it wants to!

i ended up staying in downtown l.a. to get to know somebody that i care about. it didn't work out, but now i've got a job i like and a place that i like to live in, and i can't justify leaving this stabile life yet, until i have a better plan.
on monday i'll be in santa monica for a dentists appointment at 3 - are you around?

Alas, I'll be at work on Monday. This weekend is all booked up, as I'm going to be taking care of my girlfriend (she's having an operation on her knee on Friday, and will be laid up for a couple of days), but we should get together soonish. What's your schedule like next week?
