Title: Boy With a Basket of Bread
Pairing: ohmiya
Summary: Nino goes to the infamous painter's studio against his better judgment. He finds more than he bargained for.
Notes: Inspired by stories I was told about the painter Caravaggio during an art class in Rome, hence the strangely medieval Roman setting.

( Nino's feet patter on the sanded cobblestones that make up the road outside his home. )

I do so love a good ancient-set AU. Your use of Carravagio-inspired tales was really nice. (I really love his paintings. Art class in Rome must have been awesome.)

This was such an adorable one-shot! I'm glad your writer's block is so productive. XD I wish I could do the same with mine.

I love Caravaggio (and Bernini!) so I'm happy this worked out. It was kind of weird writing ancient-au but I kind of liked it, too. I think I just like Rome. xD And art class was spectacular. :3

I have no idea where this story came from because I thought I was writing science fiction at first. Writers block works in mysterious ways. xD But I'm glad you liked it! ♥
