What I'm gonna do in summer 2012...?
So, four friends of mine and I will dress up as Nazguls for Ropecon, which is pretty much Finland's biggest roleplaying and fantasy event. Since I have no fics to post at this moment, I decided to share this lovely picture of yours truly in my Nazgul-robes standing in front of some cool rapids. Damn, every time I look at this pic, I'd never, ever want to meet myself in a dark alley or something and mind you, this is an UNFINISHED costume. The robes are missing the final cape, which means there's going to be three different hoods hiding my face and for a finishing touch I'll be making some wicked gauntlets. And the best part is that our group of five will have the Witch-King of Angmar amongst us. *cackles*
Although wearing two layers of robes, one cape and a pair of gauntlets and thigths to hide any skin - all BLACK - means that we are pretty much going to sweat like hell, since Ropecon's usually at the end of July or on the first weekend of August, which is usually the sunniest and hottest time of the summer. Heat-stroke, here I come!
And most likely we are not going to get any peace to eat or drink, just walk threateningly around in a formation. ;P Which is why we have planned making a sign that says something along lines "Don't disturb Witch-King/Nazguls when eating - unless you're Frodo with the One Ring, then you're welcome". And we are even planning hiding mini-audios in our robes so that we can play the LOTR-soundtracks and all those evil Ringwraith screeches.
