Thanks for throwing that yo in there to keep up your pirate street cred.
Speaking from my position as a biased male, I'd say that yes you are more mature then most your age. But not SO much more mature. You're still 19, and it _really_ shows. Like when we went to rent that car, and they were like "Are you 25?" and you were like "No, I'm 19" And they were like "sorry no car." That's when it really hit me.

I also think you've had to grow up a little fast for some reason or another that I'm not aware of. So you can handle yourself around adults. And you're comfortable around adults (I say adults like people 3 or 4 years older then you are adults, and you're not, but whatever.)

you're right in that I had to grow up faster. I'm the oldest, and my parents are divorced. So at first I had to "grow up" just to not be so heavily hit by all the fighting my parents would do and then by all the fighting my dad and his wife did. Then when I was 15, my sister was born and I take care of her as much as my dad and stepmother do.. so yeah....yo.

Whee~. I dont know what the younger woman/older man phenomenon is but its definitely there. It is true that girls mature faster than boys and it is also true that women usually live longer than men. So that alone is a factor.

Otherwise I dont feel like thinking anymore! :D
